Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

Sometimes the fit isn't right, so we're happy to accept returns on any eligible garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags, hygiene stickers and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. However, due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on any knickers or thongs.

Return Shipping costs will not be covered by Deznuda. Please send the items you want returned back to Deznuda LTD via tracked delivery. We recommend Royal Mail. Please email us info@deznuda.co.uk if you need help with your return!

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at info@deznuda.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help you out. When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. All online purchases must be returned to the specified address on the returns slip.

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-5 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

EXCHANGES

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Deznuda we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags, hygiene stickers and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Exchanges take around 2-5 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Deznuda when sent back.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is applied to a gift card for you. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

SALE ITEMS

We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

CARRIERS TO RETURN

Use your local Royal Mail post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
